I think I've been eatting to much calories maybe.
I under stand know what I wont to do is reduce my body fat in order to be able to see my muscles. I went to fitday.com and it told me that my daily caloric intake should be 2825 if I wont to lose 2lbs a week is that the same as losing 2lb of body fat, confused.
Know my body fat according to the kind of scale that send the electrical current is 41%. I wont to get that down to 24%. I weigh 186 and 160 is my ideal weight, I'm also I'm 5'7".
So I'm I supose to eat more or less calories then I burn. And do I figure my caloreis out according to my goal weight or the weight I'm at and if so what if I gain weight.
Should I be concerend about the calories I burn while exercising or no as long as I'm doing my exercise program and just watch what I eat.
I'm doing the 5 days wk 8wk weight loss and definition, 12wk abs and 10 minute warm up before workout and HIIT 20mins after. Thanks for the help

I see that as a bit high in calories for you, especially with fat loss being your goal. Even at the top end, and being an overly active person, I see your max daily caloric intake should be around 2700, and that would be maintenance calories. I would think about cutting that by 10% to start, and stay with that for 2-3 weeks. This is enough time to tell if you are losing, staying the same, or gaining. Then adjust calories as needed downward every couple weeks or so to accompany your weight loss. The extra caloric expenditure from your FT weight training and cardio should be the ticket you need to reach your goals. Do your weight training, as you cannot really keep any calorie count on it, but you can on your cardio training. Try to keep a log on it, and keep trying to increase each week(better) your calorie expenditure or time or both. Hope this helps....they are but suggestions.

Yeah, I get around 2,200 for you as a low end for calories. bring your calories down gradually so your body doesn't rebel.
Keep going, it takes time for your body to catch up with what you are doing in the gym and with your eating.
Every day you are consistent with diet and exercise is another step in the right direction!
