Hey all, I just wanted to introduce myself. Just joined this site - seems cool. Well, my name is Sharif, I'm 14 years old. I'm 5'7 and I weight 170. I need to get lean and mean :). I wouldn't have cared about building my body but it's already "been built". My upper chest, shoulders, neck area look like I'm a wrestler and I don't even know how. Anyways, I gotta lost 30lbs quick. Help me out guys.

Maybe you are what we call a endomorph -a person who build up muscle mass very easily (and quick) but who also put on fat easily......

My advice to you is to start an exercise routine and take a look around in the forums (do a search) and you'll learn how to eat clean as well. Good luck!
