You need to eat more than just a lot.......
You might need some weight gainers as well.
You need fat to build muscles.

Do a search in here and you'll find lots of great posts about the same problem.

Don't worry about your English -it's a lot better than mine!! (o;

okay, ribs... I would love to see my ribs! You are lucky. So to sart with you have some muscle definition here. Being 'skinny' has advantages such as, you don't need to lose the fat that's hiding your gorgeous slim line shape. Try this- exercise your bicep, tricep, shoulders once a week only, chest and back twice only. Like heavier weight, 4 to 8 reps 3 to 5 sets- choose 3 exercises each body part. Add 1 gram of protein per pound body weight minimum. eat sardine, tuna, chicken ... more advice or help? then mail me.

You sound like you are in the same position I was in when I started this stuff. Do not be afraid to eat! Have pasta, brown rice, a couple ice cream shakes with your protein each day. One great tactic is to use heavy cream in your protein shakes. Adds a great amount of calories. Eat with all of these mentioned carbs protein for your bodyweight. Get at least 1 gr. per lb., you could probably do up to 2. Sure, some will argue that all you will do is crap some of it out. Well, this is true, but at least you know you are feeding it enough. The alternative is what you have now, and apparently you don't like that or you wouldn't have made this post. You have nothing in your profile to tell me what type of training you are doing, how long you have been training, etc. So, for any of the earlier info to be of use to you, you have to train also hard to build lean tissue. It will not happen overnight, trust me, but it will happen with the right training and eating. You may even have to force yourself to eat, but it will become easier. I can tell you first hand....
