It's all a question about diet. Okey you're tall, slim and have a fast metabolism now to give the muscles what they need you need to EAT. Stop doing any unecessairy cardio and start drinking weight gainers and protein shakes WITH your normal meals. Snack on nuts and dry fruits and drink a lot of milk.
Just some suggestions........

Many suffer from the dreaded effects of the "plateau". It usually stems from the belief that we are doing things right in and out of the gym when it comes to building muscle. Even if you are working out intensely, eating a "clean" diet, never missing a workout, does not insure muscle growth. True intensity and consistency are a must for growing bodybuilders, they are only part of the equation. Proper nutrition and supplementation are by far your keys to your success. More emphasis should be given to diet because without proper sstenance we could workout until the cows come home and it wouldn't matter if the supply of sufficient nutrient dense calories and quality supplements it needs to grow beyond average are not there. So, check both aspects of your program, training and diet.YOu may find your current diet may be enough to stay where you are in muscularity, for additional gains in lean mass a change may be in order. And if your training methods are the same as they were a couple yrs. ago, this will not be effective for additional gains in lean mass either. Changes are in order.

I know your pain in this matter. I am tall and thin too. I am very cut which I like. I don't think I will get too much bigger, but trying to get there. I hope you make it to where you want to be. Be safe and stay strong.
