I have heard a lot of doing abs exercise the correct way. What is the correct way? I have been doing abs work for nearly 11 weeks but have seen very little difference....and I feel like I may be doiong it the wrong way and my neck hurts whenever I do it...
It's all about diet........ Now when doing the exercices you have to exhale when contracting and don't use the hands to "pull" your neck but simply to hold your head. You don't have a teacher (or somebody else) who can show you? You got a lot of different ab exercices out there and it's a good idea to change once in a while. Good luck!!

Keep your neck stable. Try putting a tennis ball under your chin and focus on a spot in front above you. It really works. Focus only on your abs Try crossing your arms across your chest or if you have them behind your head then make sure your elbows are way out so you don't see them.
