At your age, you are still producing plenty ATP, growth hormone, etc. Supplements are for later, when these things slow down. Your own growth potential at this point is still enormous. Eat a quality diet, lots of chicken, beef, eggs, fish for protein, complex carbs like brown rice, beans, sweet potatoes, and healthy fats. A good multi vitamin will do you no harm. Now, this part goes against my "health" recommendations, but if you truly want to "bulk" up, eat plenty of pasta, potatoes, even ice cream and malts. These will put on serious weight, but be aware that if you do not have a fast metabolism, you may put on weight too fast and have a hard time taking it off some day. Our health habits (eating habits), when we are young determine our habits for years to come. Good habits learned early are essential in our health down the road. Good luck to you.

Hell r-wolf I'm 27 and still can't get the healthy eating thing down yet. I'm not real bad but it is hard to break the bad eating habits.

Tuna Fish, Eggs, Steaks. Try to have a big breakfast and take most of your carbs towards the begging of the day and less as the day goes on
