Hey guys as you can see Im new to this community so you'll hear a lot of questions from me over time :D hopefully you dont mind.
Anyways I was wondering if what my friend said is true. He told me it's good ture lifting that after you train a certain muscle that you should train the opposite muscle immediately .. Is this really reccomended? Will it increase improvment what so ever? And does it really matter.. Thanks
There is merit to this, training atagonist muscles, but there is no (you should). It is simply a training style, variation. There are literally hundreds of different training protocols, most have some merit. This method is but one.
