Just wondering of drinking lemon water really helps with loosing weight. I have heard that it helps, but I have also read that it doesn't help it's just to add flavor to the water.
Lemon is a natural diuretic, which can help a little, but more likely it will help you to drink more water becasue it has some flavor instead of just drinkinhg plain old water. At least you are getting some vitamin C, eh?
