Should abs be worked on everyday?

I'd say that is over training them.. give em a bit of time to heal and you'll make bigger gains.

I train my abs everyday. The point here is to vary your routine so your not constantly working the same group of muscles because then you'd be overtraining them. Focus on fewer types of movements and keep your sets short and sweet. Remember, do different workouts each day so that your hitting different areas of your abs. how do I fill out my profile..I thought I did:)
is it OK to work all parts of my abs at one time but have a day of rest in between..

If you want to develope ab muscles, then why not treat them as they are, muscles. Work them intensely no more than twice per week, gives them good rest and recouperation time like any other muscle. Muscle is muscle, no matter where it is located. Overloading it to induce growth requires rest for growth.

BB1fit is totally right, you need rest, rest, rest with abs just like everyother part of your body. as far as the profile just click on the yellow toolbar where it says" myFT - Personal Info and then click on the ft Personal Profile and fill in the info on that page! Good luck!
