well i have been given 4 different opinions 2 doctors i have seen said i could lift light weights 2 said i could not lift weights or i would have the same nerve trouble what should i do i had my 2nd cortisone shot today ouch....bot did it hurt but i am getting there...

Well I would listen to your body, if you feel like getting in to it, go light just for the movement to get started again.

I think you are the only one who can answer that. As carivan says, you have to listen to your body. Maybe try some real light stuff only. Get lean and tight. If it starts to hurt in the same place again on any movement at all, stop immediately. Good luck.

thanks guys i see my primary doc tomorrow and will pick his brain and se what he says my lower back is still messed.. up with the pinch nerve and bulging disc....see what he has to say..just one more cortisone shot and they say that should fix it..been out of work for 11 weeks....cant watch gilligan...and matt dillion any more...lol..lol
