I'm currently living in Colombia, and the weights here are set in kilograms. I'm used to calculating correct weight use in pounds. What type of tool do you guys suggest I use to guage the correct weight for each specific exercise intended? Would really appreciate any input.

1 kg = 0.4539 lbs

Or check this one: http://www.convert-me.com/en/convert/weight

Choose whatever but make sure of always taking the same....

Thanks Philia2,

I'm going to attempt using the conversion formula to begin determining my correct weight range for each exercise type. By the way, what do you suggest, besides aerobic exercise, to help reduce that spare tire around my belt line?

Best wishes,

Correct diet....the utmost importance. Your exercise regimine is the catalyst for what you want to do, but your diet determines the amount of gain/loss you get from it.
