Yesterday was a majestic day in the gym. I've been feeling a bit crap lately, my diet's gone to pot and I hate my new job, but...
Yesterday I did my first chin-up!! By myself! Next time I will try 2...
I also did my first set of proper squats- and they felt really good!
So I've posted this to inspire people- if I can get this far, anyone can. A year and a half ago I was 45 pounds overweight and totally unfit- now I am doing stuff in the gym and with my running club that I never believed possible.
Post your inspirations below!

Congratulations - hard work it the only way to archive something, but the feeling when you get there is worth it.

Wow...keep going, I remeber my first set of squats done properly! What a feeling for 2 days! Squats are like the base of a pyramid....the best part of leg training. If you cycle you can really benefit from squats.
