can somebody please give me some tips on how to gain weight. :)

Eat, eat, and eat some more lol. You have to eat good food lots of protein eat every 3 hours or so. Fish, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese, whole grains, and veggies. and lift lift lift. Go easy on the cardio as that will use up your calories.

Sempai’s right, eat a vegetarian a day and you will soon put the weight on! (sorry I’m in a mischievous mood)

I'm with you on that erirvine! Seeing as how carnivores and some omnivores are higher on the food chain than herbivores, it would make sense that we omnivores would be natural predators of vegetarians! I'm going to get a spear and hunt me one down tonight.

Find out your maintenance calories. Increase this amount by 250-500 per day of quality nutrients. Lift, and you will gain.
