yesterday, i barely got through my workout... it had been a long day and I was doing it because I had to. Today i came home and all i want to do is work out but it isn't in my training schedule:( I would go for a walk but it is like 2 degrees outside (not to mention very dark and the man doesn't like when I go walking at night) Any thoughts? (and my one work out video well... I'm bored with it too!) What should i do?!

If you are just beginning, we are all gung ho and can't wait till the next workout. Follow your workout as provided, it will be soon enough and you will be looking forward to these days of rest. Get a good movie, maybe read a good book, do a jig-saw puzzle. A hobby of some sort may be the ticket. Best of luck, I am sure you will get lots of ideas.

I wish that we could afford for me to go to the gym but finances are a little tight around here so... "its cannes good bar bells" and the coffee table is doubling as my bench :)... the man thinks that its funny but we'll see who has the last laugh.
Congrats to your duaghter for good marks, wish I could be giving more but this last couple of weeks the kids have been slacking

Be careful with that coffe table. The guy at the furniture store told me they are not to sit on or lie on! It may colapse! When we bought a sofa, I layed/lied down on it and said to my wife...this thing is uncomfortable, the guy at the furniture store said"Its not made to lie on!!! I said Oh well, no sale! lol Not much to do with excersize but, it's a true story.

Our coffee table is pretty stable. it is a wrought iron frame work with slate tiles making up the top. I just have to be carefull not to crack one of the tiles and I'm all good...

btw ...the only thing that makes winter tolerable is my once a month trip to the tanning salon for some fake sun and warmth... I am originally from California and find the midwestern winters awful!! the less I have to be out in the cold the better. Thanks for the suggestion Shaolin but I think I'll just stay inside and wait till spring. :)
