To all, as you get as we get mentally focused for your cardio workout this weekend running through the mall, chasing your kids, or spouse....LOL...and your weight workout, lifting all those heavy gifts into the car and out again, carrying them to the house, then getting another cardio workout running to the store because you are out of tape or wrapping paper, at this joyous time of year, my wife and I would like to wish all of you a safe and merry Christmas!! Happy holidays to all of you in the FT community. Stay strong and safe!

People are always so stressed during Christmas....... and I'm always getting into deep trouble! (o;
We are going to take the dog and car and go for a 4000 km long drive to go up (and back!) to Denmark and spend xmas with my family.
I cannot wait to go....... (we'll leave Tuesday early morning!)
