Hello,
I have been working out doing cardio 2x and weights 3x a week for the last couple of months, I have had great gains and am very happy with the way things are going, except...
I am always tired and have no energy & get headaches all the time, starting from about 11am and getting worse as the day goes on, when I do weights they get really bad
My Diet is good, I take Protien supp & a multi vitamin
At the moment the only thing I can think of is I have slightly more stress at the moment, not more than I have delt with before..
Any Opinons?
Thanks Heaps

Here's a notion...go see the doctor lol. I know, I hate going to a doctor too, cause I always fear that they will find something wrong with me, but never do.
Maybe u arent sleeping enough?? Or perhaps straining your neck muscles??? Just shots in the dark.

Actually the very first thing I thought of was water...... Do you drink enough water?

Thanks for the replys (man that was fast)
Yea, I drink water all day long , about 2 litres Sleep is fine, but as for the neck, yea, i've also got a sore neck (all the time), I have had a few massages but that only helps for a few hours, maybee I should go see a chiropractor... bummer
Thanks Again :-)

Hey equis, when you workout, do you look down, or bend your neck forward when doing so? if so, that might be a major reason why you are getting headaches and your neck is strained. try to always keep your spine aligned straight with no extra stress to it. and if yuo already know this and that is not the prob, then go to the doc, we all hate em but i guess they serve a purpose. good luck and feel better

And about those sinuses! Have you ever had Sinus trouble? Where exactly is the pain and when you bend over it will get you all the time. But have a Dr. check you out!

I sometimes give myself headaches on leg days. Sometimes I push myself so hard and grit my teeth for that last rep or two. Funny, but on those days I am also very tired. I probably overtrain some on these days, and this is the fatigue factor. Maybe some lightening up of loads for a bit might help? I know when I switch up to lighter workouts for changes, this does not happen. Maybe something to think about.
