Two hours a day of biking is a lot!
You have to determinate your goals, if you want fat loss but keep a nice body you need to include a healthy diet and weight training.
Please fill in your profile.
By the way, fat loss is all about calorie balance......

Bicycling is really only cardiovasdcular. Follow Philia's suggestios, weights and good diet also!

Yes. Bike riding is a great excercise for burning calories. It gets your heart rate up there and if you keep it up there for long periods of time calories will burn. But burning a ton of calories will do you no good if you eat too many to begin with. So yes i would say continue riding bike and follow a diet plan of some sort. FT here has many tools to aid your diet planning. Then if you want to add muscle tone and burn more calories go with a weight training plan which incorporates high reps with lower weights. Hope this helped.

Yes, biking will definitely help you lose weight, but is that all you want to do? Are you tone, muscular, now? There are many variables involved, firstoff diet. It will help loads if you fill in your profile and let us know a bit more.
