Hi,
With my York Dumbell set I got a exercise list where it was mentioned that "Pullovers are the best chest developers known". I am new at exercise and when I was doing pullovers I had good results.

What do u think about pullovers?

If it works for you don't change until at least 8 weeks.
Good Luck

Many years ago when I first tried to do pull overs, my right shoulder would hurt. So I stopped......
Then a couple of years ago I suddenly felt like trying the exersice again and I don't know if it's that my shoulder has become stronger or me doing the movement better, but it no longer hurts and YES I love to do pull overs!!!

I don't know about if it's the "best chest developers known" but it's definitely a good exercise!

Pullovers are a great lower chest workout. I like to finish up my chest with them. Make sure you go deep for a good stretch with fairly heavty weight, and come back up in smooth, rounded motion. That is the key to them. Best of luck.

Pullovers are a great all around exercise. I use them on my back day since they also hit the lats pretty good.

One of the greatest exercises, and most forgotten too in a lot of exercise routine. As far as being the best chest developer, who knows. For your body perhaps. It does give you that full stretch throughout the whole chest and serratus, so it could very well be the best of the best for the chest. Little Dr. Seuss for ya!
