JUST WANTED TO ASK THE MORE EXPERIENED ON ADVICE FOR TRAINING OR NOT TRAINING WHILE SICK. SINUS AND CHEST COLD. TAKING ANTIBIOTICS. SHOULD I JUST LAY LOW FOR A LITTLE BIT OR WHAT.

Your body is a lot weaker when being sick so it's sooo much eaiser to overtrain.

I wouldn't recommend to weight train. Take a small break.

Philia is right...especially when it gets down in your chest. Plus, give everyone else a break! Your body needs to rest and fight the virus. Let it. Try to keep up somewhat with the good diet if you can. Will go a long ways toward preserving your mass.

Give yourself rest and like bb1fit said think of the others in the gym...The virus will never get out of the gym!

I work out at home not a gym so there is no chance of getting anyone else sick. Thankyou for your input though, I will take it to heart. You guys are the best. Keep on keepin on.

If your working at home try lowering the intensity to not overtrain yourself.
