Okay, however embarassing this may be, I have no butt. Or what I do have, it is very flat and small. Are there any exercises that will help plump it up (not with fat, but with shape)? Thanks!

SQUATS!!!! And heavy ones..........

You may try to incorporate hydrants and glute raises with your squats also. Very easy yet effective supersets that work. No weight even needed. After doing squats, these will kill.

Okay, if squats and lunges are going to help whitortiz gain a "butt" what about those (such as myself) who has enough "butt" for whitortiz and myself??? should i still be doing squats? Mon.

What's going on here, a woman complaining about how small her butt is? lol Just kidding. Agree with the others, putting on muscle will help that situation, not to mention adding firmness. Good luck. DP
