Well, I am pretty new here and I have had a good look through the site, and it is very good! I have quite a small upper body but a more built lower body. More specifically my calves. My calves I think are quite large and I would like to reduce their size. I have seen the things on calves in the site but that is reallt only in relation to building them up. I am asking about any ways that i could reduce their size.
Maybe the opposite is the way to go. Enlarge other parts of your body with weight training. Big calves are only dreamed about by many a bodybuilder. Don't worry, things will proportion out. Spot reducing is a misconception. Can't do it. If they are that muscular and large, you can always just let them atrophy.
