I'm Canadian, winter is here, it's cold and I'm pale. I'm so pale, in fact, that you can see the blue color of my veins in my shins, chest and shoulders. I don't want to hit the tanning bed, is there a product that will give me a natural looking tan available in Canada? Keep in mind that I'm also a poor student on a budget.

Try Estee Laudee - if they still have their fake tan products out...they work pretty nice. I still do fake and bake and I know it's not safe but.....ya look better!
