Hey guys work with me here.... I know I have posted weird things that have happened to me during my workouts but let me throw you one more. When I workout on legs my toes feel funny and they go numb is that NORMAL? It is not to the point where I can't haddle it. IT just very annoying that they suddenly go numb. I'll be waiting for your help....

my toes get numb on the elliptical and stair master. Not sure why but I am assuming that putting pressure for a long period of time on the ball of your foot would cause your toes to go numb. I try to put my foot diagonally on the pedal it seems to relieve some of the numbness. Hope this helps

Well thanks for replying. I really don't know what is going on maybe its just what marinikola said may be its all the pressure....and 77007MUTT You loose feelings in your legs have you ask what that was about?

I'm like Marinikola. when I'm on the elliptical my toes are apt to go numb. I've chalked it up to putting preasure against the pedal front.

I know this sounds weird but try once to take off your shoes BEFORE the numbing feeling starts. Now see if that helps (it helped for me).
When you know that it comes from the shoes you can always try to loosen up or simply put on other baskets......
