Just curious, but when you go to KFC, Burger King, or Pizza Hut, do you see lots of bodybuilders there?

If your idea of progress is to gain weight through fat and your vision of abs is a round, smooth or lumpy fat covered stomach, then KFC, Burger King,Pizza Hut are perfect. If your goal is to lose fat and have your abdominal muscles in a six-pack, then it's recommended you look at a more healthy lifestyle and leave those places behind.

Well take a look at the nutrition break up from all the junk food AND you'll see that it's definitely not BB food...... (hmmmmm and ME I wished they would start to put vitamines in marchmellows SO I would have a better excuse to EAT them!!! ;o)

BB = bodybuilding You should eat lean meats, fish, egg whites, veggies, etc. You're usually better off maing your own food.
