whats the best exercises for your obliques and the abs that Brad Pitt has in the movie snatch. Any exercises would be greatful. Thanks.

Twists and crunches!!!! Look under FT exercises and you'll find what you're looking for. Finally, don't forget that to be able to see your abs your body fat % need to be quite low!!!!

Don't know what Brad used, but a couple good ones if you are in a gym...they probably have a torso rotation machine. This is excellent, and if not, surely they have a pulley apparatus. Put a rope on it and do side to side instead of straight up and down. Also as Philia2 says, twists. They can be done with just a broomstick. Side to side equals one rep.

Cardio, cardio, cardio. Also try the ft ab program. It has done wonders for a lot of people.
