I am filling out my Nutritional Tracker and I have noticed that I don't meet all the requirements for the vitamins and minerals portions, yet I do take a multivitamin twice a day. Is there anyway to post the vitamin. And while I am on the posting subject, is there any spot where we can post our Cardio work (running, stepper, walking)?

I have not seen any way of adding multi vitamins or cardio. Just keep track of your vit & min intak from food and make sure your vitamin sup makes up the difference easy as that

Thanks Sempai, that is what i was doing, just seeing if there was a way to put it on the tracker as well.

Hmmm I just came home from my doctor, I had a blood test taked. Yikes I hate that, but still I have one taken every 6 months. Why? To check if my body got all the needed vitamines, minerals, if my thyroid is well working etc etc
It's not easy to know if you got all the needed vitamines, but know that taking too many vitamines will just get eliminated by the body, so no danger (except for A D E and K ..... AND some others as well -especially the minerals BUT you need to take A LOT before getting any probs)
