Ok, My gym membership ran out and we can not afford to renew it right now....I know what to do in terms of exercises, I am limited as to equipment(no bench and very few weights) which is ok casuse I can do a nice light routine for a while it will be good...what I am looking for is tips or other things you guys/gals who do it at home can give. I have 2 30 lb dumbells, 20 interchangable 20 lbd dumbells, a curl bar, straight bar, and around 100 or so in weight....so any advice or tips you all can give. I am going to do push ups and basic exercise like bent rows dead lifts and squats so there you go..

hmm with the dumbells try to do a butterfky exercise. Sit on a bench (back on it) and grab the dumbells in each hand. then spread ur arms apart and try to put them together...thats all i can think of right now..

You can do floor bench presses and flyes (you won't feel that stretch in the pecs but still effective for chest) and box squats on top of regular squats.

Good luck!

Thanks for the advice guys/gals...jnellie I have one of those benches...I am simply to big to fit on them...the bar for them puts the weights to close together for me to grip it right. I plan on hitting the push ups(all types) and just relaxing into a nice simple plan.
