wow im on my 3rd week on my workout program, I dont know if its possible but my biceps are bigger now and my left arm is catching up to my left now(not that deformed anymore) and my chest pr pecs are getting bigger (muscle of course not fat) but i still have the gut problem but its okay i think the abs need more workout and im sticking on the nutrition plan also woohooo!!!!1
Way to go...it is entirely possible to have made the gains you say. Especially in your first few weeks. The gains sometimes come very fast. Keep going. Your attitude is #1, you can go far from it.
