i just tried to work out after taking 5 days of and i could not get in to it i did one set of bench presses and said the hell with it i have worked 14 days in a row alot of 12 hr days but this has not affected me before because i feel so guilty that i could not do the work out some body give me a kick in the butt please.....thanks
j, dont let it bother you. as my one marine friend use to tell me: "survive; adapt; overcome!" the more you dwell on it, the more it will affect you negitively. it happened.... move on, and prepare to kick some major ass at your next session! that is what you need to focus on: complete domination of your weights on your next training day! rock n roll bro!!!!!!!!!
