Fitness Blogs or FLogs are a great way to post your thoughts around your day regarding your actual exercise program, meals for the day, general progress or lack of and much more. Let others comment and help you with your journey.

How do I browse the community FLogs?

Once you click on the FLog link from the top menu, you will have a list of sort options to organize and browse the various FLogs on FreeTrainers. Simply click on the FLog to browse the entries and share your comments if you choose or just follow along a members journey to their fitness goals.

You can start your own FLog by going to My Profile, My Flogs and then create a new FLog entry.
