Do extensive strectching to your warm muscles daily. Tai Chi is also good for stretching. heres a cool link to some stretching ect, its different then the one I posted before http://k2.kirtland.cc.mi.us/~balbachl/stretch.htm BQ

Tai Chi is all the rage out here. Each of the larger fitness centers offer classes. I can't imagine doing it though while involved with a mass building program. I can hardly walk sometimes!

It's the new "fad". Tai Chi is quite deadly if you know what you're doing.

Yoga is great. When I can't get to the gym I do power yoga and pilates at home. The first time I did it, I loved it. It really helps. I used to have extremely tight hamstrings and I always stretched before I exercised but the yoga seems to of helped a lot. You can buy cheap yoga videos and do it at home once or twice a week.

As a student of Wing Chun Gung Fu, and Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do I can say any martial art will increase your flexibility. I don't know much about Yoga but I do know quite a bit about Tai Chi when you are taught by a passionate instructor and not just your local gym staff members.
It is amazing for your flexability, power, co-ordination, balance, karma, chi, and total clearness of the worlds problems, and is also a deadly martial art when used properly.

Karma? WOW I thought Karma was just a big farse. Does it help to balance your YIN and YANG! Its scary that something can be deadly while at the same time clearing your head.
