It really has helped the old geezer bones to do pilates. I have a lock on the door to the weight room so nobody sees me doing it. I just tell my wife I'm watching Laura on "Little House on the Prarie" so she doesn't suspect anything.. That stuff can be tough, and I have know some athletes take them in order to help out with flexability in their sports. When my red-headed temper acts up - it helps alot on calming me down -------------- Reddy All people smile in the same language
