I'm not sure whether or not this supplement is causing my nausea or not.I started taking it on Friday according to the directions. Realizing it is a diuretic, I have been careful keeping hydrated. Starting Monday afternoon, I was feeling like crap. I hope this is just the flu. My energy levels have skyrocketed and my workouts have been even better than before. Has anyone experienced nausea when using this supplement? Karl. |

Probably just the flu. I don't know if I would wish this or not, the flu sucks, at least if it were the Xenedrine, you could just stop taking it! I have known many who have taken it without any of those effects you have mentioned. |

Umm I had the same problem pretty much.. except this Xenadrine EFX helped me out with constipation.. not to gross you out.. I switched back over to Hydroxycut. I've been taking it for two days now, again and I feel wonderful!!============ Quoting from karl_born: I'm not sure whether or not this supplement is causing my nausea or not. Well I've had nausea, head ache, tummy probs etc while taking an ECA Stack. Try to lower the dose or change brand. -------------- - Nina :o) Les Victoires éternelles sont celles du coeur. |

I've had much success with Xenadrine EFX. I went from 260lbs (no muscles, all fat) to 185lbs now (lean muscle). Of course the Xenadrine assisted me with dropping the weight, hitting the weights toned everything up. How I did it? I basically stopped eating all fried foods (baked chicken, fish, or grilled steak), no more pop/soda (went with water and low calorie lemondade), and no candy of course (replace candy with fruits). My workout schedule was strictly cardio for 45min-1hr 5 times a week (walking- steady pace). Good luck. |

I am new to the website..Started Xenadrine EFX Saturday and started feeling a little bit of nausea this afternoon. I called the company and the rep suggested that I take half the dosage the first week and make sure to eat 4 meals a day with low carbs. |

I started the Xenadrine Saturday. I would like to lose about 50-60 lbs then tone up with muscle. Any suggestions? Also, I am a full-time graduate student trying to fit in the healthiest lifestyle possible with a rigorous academic schedule. A little discouraged by my efforts this semester so that is why on the EFX now. |

I suggest you don't wait to tone up. Start doing the cardio and exercizes now. Turn the fat into good muscle and you wont need the expensive stuff. Eat more than 4 meals a day, like 5-6x get the metabalism going with good food and excercize and you will loose the fat. Try the nutrition program here and execise program.Welcome to the site and good luck -------------- To change it, or to create it, simply train it! Ivan |
