Can you reccomend some and maybe a pattern, such as 15-15-12-10 a day or whatever...I find it hard to do anything without a schedule. :)

Well, one of your basic forearm exercises is the reverse curl. Also, you have wrist curls and reverse wrist curls. I would also recommend working on your grip as well. In terms of a rep scheme, that depends, I personally keep my forearm reps between 6-8 for about 2 or 3 sets. Some prefer higher rep work, so, just find what you are comfortable with and go with that.
