I have just completed my first work out. Man, I am so out of shape it is not even funny, the workout I had just burned me. It really does feel good though!! Just a couple of questions: Is shaking normal, with your first couple of workouts? Prob is due to the fact that I haven't worked any of those muscle groups in a long time. Just thought I would ask. Is it ok to split your cardio workout to like twice a day 5 min. morning and 5 min. at evening. My cardio workout is 10 min. Thanx

if you havn't workout out in a while, shaking would occur because your body is not used to the strain and the intesity so it just weakens really quickly. and i'm sure the cardio issue is fine, but i would stick with the 10min workout. you gotta push yourself to get results.

Yeah, five minutes at a time is like a warm-up. Do 10 after you lift.
Shaking is normal. Good job!
