I'm a little worried about my workout yesterday. The day before I did Chest and Abs. Then yesterday I did a hard tricep workout followed by a shoulder workout. My shoulders were dead from the get go. I worked through it but probably just as a waste of time. I've never experienced my shoulders feeling dead like that. Any thoughts.

Well yeah...your tris and shoulders are indirectly worked by benching. I always give shoulders at least 2 days beofre do ing them after chest. Also doing Triceps on chest day is a great way to change things up.

My beginners FT program has me doing chest, triceps, and shoulders on the same day. Lots of pain after the workout but I wont have to worry about until a week later :)
