Hi everyone,,, just a question for you all that have been here awhile. I just finished my training for the day and I found it was really fast. Do any of you have this happen. I went through everthing in about 25 minutes. Should I maybe add on some of my own exercises to make my training longer.

I am trying to build muscule and mass. Todays training was shoulders and forearms.

I've noticed that sometimes the training regimen for a particular split is heavier one week than another. I believe there's a reason for this, periodization may be built in.
