couple of questions
background: im 6' 170 pounds, 27 yrs old
gym 4 times/week
tae kwon do 5 nights a week 1.5hrs/night
i dont eat red meat or chicken, i do eat fish
Goals gain just a few pounds, want to get to 175
and more definition.
currently i finish 4th set of bench 8 reps at 190
questions starting new routine how is this:
day 1 chest bench, incline bench, decline bench, flys, peckdeck legs: squat, leg extension, leg curl
day 2: back/bis
day 3: tris/shoulders
day 4: legs-calves and chest
ok Questions:
1) is it a bad idea to do chest twice a week?
2) i want to do about 15 mins of cardio at the gym, best before or after?
3) abs ive been doing ab work between sets 3 days a week, good idea?
4) Diet: breakfast generally cereal( bran/oats)
lunch/dinner veggies,fruits, beans, tuna and other fish, tofu. rice
snacks: almonds, soy milk, yogurt, fruit
good or bad on the diet?
any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

1.)chest and legs seems like alot for one day, why doing both? Most all splits I've seen separate upper body from lower.
2.) warm up only before, 5-10 minutes light cardio. Best to separate your cardio from lifting but if you must, do it afterwards.. be fresh for your weights.
3.) abs mixed in 3 days a week sounds good
4.) diet - items all sound good just wondering if you're able to hit your calorie requirements to gain weight with that.. be sure you're getting the right nutrients at the right time too.. maybe some protein shakes since you don't do chicken or beef.
