I want to workout 4 days a week and take Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays off. Is it okay to do this? When I select 4 days the schedule is workout 2 days, 1 day off, workout 2 days, 2 days off. But mine would be workout 2 days, 1 day off, workout 1 day, 1 day off, workout 1 day, 1 day off. Is it okay to split it up like this? I have to take Tues & Thurs off because I don't have any time on those days.

this will be fine. just make sure you go on the days you schedule, because if you miss it will be hard to make up if you don't have any time on tuesdays and thursdays. good luck with your program :)
