I want to workout 4 days a week and take Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays off. Is it okay to do this? When I select 4 days the schedule is workout 2 days, 1 day off, workout 2 days, 2 days off. But mine would be workout 2 days, 1 day off, workout 1 day, 1 day off, workout 1 day, 1 day off. Is it okay to split it up like this? I have to take Tues & Thurs off because I don't have any time on those days.
