Hi all, I have a quick question. I have about 80lbs to lose and was wondering if I am working out correctly. Along with a healthy diet, I am weight training and doing cardio. I usually start my day with weight training and then do some cardio right after. Is this ok? Also, I have this huge, saggy tummy(wonderful result of pregnancy and 70lb weight gain lol) and was wondering if it is possible to get rid of it all without having to think about a tummy tuck. I know that diet is a huge part of fat loss, and I am doing well so far as far as that goes. I am basically wondering if I will be able to get rid of ALL of my "pouch" without having any extra skin. Ay help would be great.

sounds like you are on the right track..keep up the good job!!..
ive lost almost 60# since last February and im very very very slowly getting a flatter stomach....include bb1fit's favorite ingredient into your diet: *patience* :D It took me a looong time to iclude it in mine..heheheh
Being young I would like to say that you have a good chance of getting rid of your *pouch* without surgery.
again, stay on track with your diet, weight training and cardio after your weights... you will see results :)
