Lets start of that im 150lbs and 6'1ft. VERY skinny. My plan is ofcourse to bulk up. I got my workout routine but I have a few problems. I have Kickboxing and it interlaps with the days i have work out and rest. I dont really know how to go about it. ANY advice would be apreciated.
Kick boxing really taps your energy and it will hinder your rest (for lean muscle mass building).
You'll need to take a weight gainer (lots of carbs) and try not to do any extra cardio next to your training.
Boxing is great so don't stop it, just know that it'll take a lot longer for you to reach your goals. Good luck!
