I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advise as to my proposed workout. I have limited time to exercise and can only really manage 3 times a week (normally Monday, wednesday and friday) for about an hour and I am finding it hard to get a good balance between cardio and weights, can anyone help? Many Thanks Paula

Do circuit training!!! Fast work out including cardio.
What are your goals?

My goals are to tone up, possibly to loose a little bit of fat around my tummy and to improve my overall fitness. I never thought of doing circuit training, do you think this would be possible to do this at home, I have a some free weights, a small step machine a rebounder and a strider. Thanks Paula

The problem about home training is that we very often talk about it but don't act......... It's sometimes difficult to stay motivated at home and the work out is often better in the gym.
But yes you can do circuit training at home.

You sound like your motivated, otherwise you wouldn't have the stuff at home, unless you needed a clothes hangar or something. Go for it, wish I had that stuff at home. Cardio and weights, keep the rest periods between the sets short.
