What do you guys think about this?
Is it a good or a bad idea to work out when you are sick, with feaver and weakness?
would it boost your immune system? or weaken it?
would it be bad because your body now has to work harder to refill muscles and work over time or would it be good.
sorry if it's confusing
I'm sick. :-)

Only way to find out is try it, go with what your body is feeling at that time.
I know you shouldn't do cardio when you are having resperitory problems....
I would focus on fueling my body and adding some zinc and viatmin C. Drink lots of liquids.
Hope you feel better soon!

If your sick with fever and weakness do not workout!!!! Your body needs all the energy it can get to fight off your infection. Rest, fluids and more rest is what you need. If you don't feel better within a couple of days (still have a fever) go see your Dr. Once you start to feel better get back to working out, but start out easy until you know you're back to normal.
-------------- Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

Another consideration is for others. If you workout at a gym, do everyone a favor and stay home. :)
