I ran short on time this week so I did my whole workout today(normally 2 training days). Is this ok? I feel like I might have overdid it I'm kind of exhausted and sick to my stomach. Brian

I'm no expert, but I think if it's only a once in a blue moon occurence then you will be just fine.

Lumina's right. I have done 2 days' worth in the past. It's very difficult to do and very tiring, but as long as you don't do that too often you should be fine.

Don't try that too often...I understand you were trying to fit everything in without missing a day but like you realized yourself, it's too taxing on the body!

I have had to play catch up myself. I hate when I have to but I would rather get my workout done.
