I think he means work one muscle group more than once in the same week. If thats the question then i'm not sure.. if that muscle group is sore its probably a bad idea..

Here's a tip for you: you should begin your week's workout by targeting your weakest muscle group, working your way to your strongest by the end of the week. For example, if you want to build your chest, then on Mondays work your chest.

Also, just remember that when you work your back, chest, shoulders and arms, the secondary muscles affected are your forearms, biceps and triceps. So, don't work on these muscle groups on consecutive days.
