I am a single mother currently looking for a job, so besides my devilish son, I have a lot of time on my hands. I have been struggling for almost two years now to get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight and have been looking for a way to do some working out at home. I don't have the money to buy any weights or machines to help me lose the weight, so if anyone can give me advise on things I can do at home to help with my weight loss, I would greatly appreciate it.
First, welcome to FT. Second, maybe try a fitness plan from this site... they are FREE! If you choose the home one, you don't need any dumbells and such.
Things you can do include:
Squats
Hamstring curls
Arm curls (with a soup can)
Marching on the spot
Walking with you son
