I lost my computer for a week, so I missed my workout which began this Monday, plus I couldn't find my other weight. Anyhow:
1. I guess I should reset it but where is the reset button?
2. I tend to eat snack food alot during movies and stuff, but I don't really want extreme abs so is that fine?
3. Do I do the 12 week ab workout with the normal one or just one of them?

The 12 week ab follows it's own progession so you should be ok

yes you can do your 12 weeks abs with your weight training.
