I want to lose 30 lbs. I have changed my eating habits to conform to a 1500 calorie diet, and I work out 5-7 days per week, 2 hours per day. I do cardio and weight training for toning. I'm worried that I'm not doing it all in the right amounts....i don't want to bulk up or have Popeye arms and legs...i want to shrink down to the previous slim me.
If I do about an hour of fast paced cardio and another hour of weight training a day, will I bulk or shrink??
Thanks:)

Yes and No...5-7 days a week seems a little extreme. Good job on cutting calories, however you might want to workout 4 days a week to give your body time to rest the other days. Also take the 1500 calories and break it up between 5 or 6 mini meals a day with plenty of protein throughout the day to kick start your metabolism.
Hope that helps to get your started...there's lots of good information here so just hang around and read up and ask if you have any questions.

1500 calories sounds too little...you'll lose too much muscle....
toning is a myth...all it means to gain muscle and/or lose body fat.....
Lose the 30lb slowly....like 5-8 weeks....1-2lb a month....
Eat 8 meals/snacks a day...
Search through other posts for right nutrition...
Work out no more than 4 days a day
Do cardio of 30-45 minutes 3-4 days a week...always on days off or after weight training...

Is it not ok to do cardio 5-6 times a week?
