change, stretch become dicky with gains in muscles mass, fat, or wieght loss?
Please give your opinions. Im talking anywhere between the elbow up to the top of the shoulder including on bi's and tri's.
I want to know because I recently got into this stuff and would like to put on at least 10 kg of muscle mass as well as tone up and lose the flabby gut from frequent alcohol abuse.
Thanks

I'd also be interested in knowing this. i have a beautiful gecko on my arm and I am worried about it "changing". I'm not planning on puting 10kg of muscle mass, but I am concerned that weight loss and toning could affect it.

Should be fine with added muscle. If you want somthing to worry about, what will they sag into when you're 75?

I've known people who have had tatoos when they were smaller and about 75lbs. later the tat looked fine a little bigger than it first was but it was in proportion with his arm, looked fine. That's the only experience i have with it.

Mty tats haven't really changed from my weight loss/muscle gain. They are faded, but I guess that has nothing to do with lifting

I actually considered the idea of being 75 with a lizard tattood on my arm, and kind of chuckle about the idea. Just when i was used to the idea, I was advised by several people that by the time I am that age, it is likely it will be faded badly. Oh well, I can always get all my tats freshened up each decade!
