Okay, tomorrow is the day scheduled to work my back and I am supposed to do Wide Grip Machine Pulldowns on a Pulldown machine. The problem is that my gym dosen't have a Pulldown Machine as pictured in the exercise description for my workout. Is there a suitable substitute machine for this? There are lots of machines that work the different areas of the back but I want to make sure that I am sticking to my FT workout plan. Any ideas?
Thanks much
Steve.

Hehe. Thanks much. Maybe someday I will be able to do one! LOL Seriously though, and hope this is right because it's what I did today. I talked to a guy in the gym about this and he said the rowing machine would do well to sub for pulldowns. Thanks again.

how about negatives. stand on a chair so you're already up, then lower your body.

You might want to try bent over barbell rows.

Yeah, both of those sound like good options. Thanks everyone!
